Edinburgh Sport runs two climbing facilities at the Pleasance: the Tower climbing wall and the Rock bouldering area. Bouldering is a bookable activity with sessions lasting 1 hour 30 minutes, while roped climbing does not need to be booked, and community non-members can pay per session.
