Dynamic Rock is a roped indoor climbing centre in Clydach, Swansea, which also has bouldering. It runs belay and lead climbing courses, coaching, group sessions, youth programmes and clubs, and community events.

  A regular Friday social night staffed by a member of the team, who will make sure you have someone to climb with, offer beta for your project, or just chat. No booking required. Pizza from Sam 'n' Ben's in the village can be ordered on the reception list by 7pm for £10 cash, delivered around 8pm.

  Women'sWomenStandard centre entry fee applies

  A women and non-binary group meeting on Thursdays from 7pm in the cafe for a cuppa, with climbing from 7.30pm. Hosted by an instructor; all experience levels welcome and it is a place to find belay partners.
