A monthly session for women and LGBTQ+ individuals of all ages and abilities, coached by a female instructor in a relaxed and supportive environment for learning, training and skill development.

An open session with instructor supervision to practise climbing, meet new people and get progression tips. 18+ competent climbers; under 18s need adult supervision.

Independent climbing sessions for rope- and boulder-competent 14-17 year olds. Parental consent and a competency test are required; competency tests are also available in the session.
