Froggatt Edge
A beautiful wooded gritstone edge famous for immaculate slab climbing. Home to some of the most photographed pieces of rock in the Peak, from the Pinnacle to the bold padding test-pieces that defined a generation of gritstone slab climbing. Sheltered, quick-drying and pleasant even in winter sun.

Access & approach
Park in the lay-bys on the A625 near the Grouse Inn or the Haywood car park; 10-15 minute walk along the top path. National Trust land.
